For this project they have chosen a disease and will study all the various aspects to that disease; symptoms, diagnosis, prevention and causes. This week 6th graders studied all about the Health Triangle and the different aspects of health. From Physical health to Social health, they have been learning all about the various things that can effect their health, and what happens when the Triangle is threatened. In the last couple days they have started the Safety unit and will be exploring various topics from weather emergencies to first-aid. At the end of next week, they will have a test over both the Health Triangle and Safety and then it is back to the beginning of the rotation!
